Job Description – Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily business operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Monitor employee performance and departmental activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures.
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
- Identify operational issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Maintain quality standards and workplace discipline.
- Review operational performance and submit reports to management.
- Support management in business planning and decision-making.

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
