Location: Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sales, tele callers, staff)
- Post jobs on portals like Naukri, Indeed, Work India
- Screen and schedule candidates
- Manage employee attendance & coordination
- Reduce attrition and improve team stability
Requirements:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Experience in bulk hiring preferred
