Operations Manager –

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the centre, ensuring smooth and effective operations across all departments.

2. Patient Experience: Ensure excellent patient service, timely appointments, reduced waiting time, and effective resolution of patient complaints.

3. OPD & IVF Cycle Coordination: Coordinate OPD, consultations, investigations, IUI, IVF cycles, OT procedures, and embryo transfer schedules with the clinical team.

4. Team Management: Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nursing staff, counsellors, front office, billing, and other support teams to ensure operational efficiency.

5. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive centre revenue through improved consultation conversions, IVF cycle conversions, patient follow-ups, referral management, and ethical marketing initiatives.

6. KPI Monitoring: Track key operational and business indicators, including OPD footfall, consultation-to-IVF conversion, cycle volume, revenue, patient feedback, and cancellation rates.

7. Financial & Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses, consumables, inventory, vendor payments, and resource utilization to maintain cost efficiency.

8. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with applicable ART Act and Rules, PCPNDT requirements, biomedical waste management, clinical documentation, and other statutory requirements.

Quality & Patient Safety: Implement SOPs, monitor service quality, coordinate audits, and ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.

10. Inventory & Equipment Management: Ensure the availability of medicines, IVF consumables, laboratory supplies, and functional medical equipment in coordination with respective department heads.

11. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, business performance dashboards, and action plans to management.

12. Coordination with Management: Work closely with the Centre Head, Medical Director, and corporate team to achieve operational targets, improve productivity, and implement organizational policies.

13. Staff Productivity & Training: Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, training needs, and coordination between departments.

14. Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and improve patient satisfaction, service delivery, and overall centre performance.

Key objective: To ensure smooth centre operations, excellent patient experience, regulatory compliance, team productivity, and sustainable revenue growth while maintaining clinical quality and ethical patient care. Responsible for Revenue P & L

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
