Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to handle lead generation, student counseling, and admissions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students/customers through calls and follow-ups
- Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities
- Convert leads into admissions/sales
- Maintain regular communication with interested candidates
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Update CRM records and maintain lead reports
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline




- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills

- Experience in sales or EdTech industry
- 0-2 Years experience
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
