Job Title: Office Driver / Corporate Driver

Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services to company directors, senior management, employees, and official guests. Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of company vehicles while following traffic rules and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive company directors, senior management, employees, and official guests for official purposes.
2. Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per assigned schedules.
3. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition.
4. Perform daily vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, and other essential components.
5. Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, PUC, permits, and driving licence validity.
6. Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
7. Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, including kilometres travelled, fuel consumption, and trip details.
8. Coordinate with the Administration Department regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
9. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters and management discussions.
10. Handle official documents, parcels, and other administrative duties as assigned.
11. Report accidents, vehicle issues,



or delays immediately to the concerned authority.
12. Keep the vehicle ready and available as per office requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
2. Valid driving licence (LMV).
3. Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.
4. Experience as a corporate or office driver preferred.
5. Good knowledge of Mumbai roads and routes.
6. Basic communication skills.
7. Punctual, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
8. Professional behaviour and good personal conduct.
9. Must maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
10. Candidates consuming gutkha, tobacco, paan masala or similar products are not preferred. Consumption of these products is strictly prohibited during duty hours and while using company vehicles.

Working Conditions

- Full-time employment.
- Working hours as per company requirements.
- May require occasional overtime or outstation travel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
