We are urgently hiring a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring quality work, on-time delivery, and smooth coordination with teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, including carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works
- Ensure work is done as per approved drawings and quality standards
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and labour teams
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and wastage
- Track progress and report delays or issues to the Project Manager
- Maintain daily site reports and measurement records
- Complete snagging and quality checks before handover
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer in interior fit-out or construction
- Ability to read drawings and estimate site measurements
- Good coordination and leadership skills
- Fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English
- Basic MS Office skills; AutoCAD is an added advantage
