Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Managing Coordinator to manage our daily sales operations. This role acts as a vital bridge between our electronics product catalog, our sales team, and our clients. You will ensure accurate product listings, smooth tender participation, and excellent coordination for all tender submission-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Product Management: Learn, understand, and accurately document the technical specifications and models of various electronics items (comprehensive on-the-job training provided).
- Tender Portal Operations: Handle daily tasks on the tender portal, including catalog creation, product uploading, and matching technical parameters to buyer requirements.
- Sales Coordination: Act as a solution provider and primary support contact for internal Sales Executives, helping them navigate technical product details and portal requirements.
- Customer Communication: Resolve customer queries professionally, clarify product specifications, and ensure a smooth end-to-end order process.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain organized records of bids, product catalogs,



and sales data using digital workspace tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Computer Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and advanced internet research skills.
- Technical Aptitude: A baseline understanding of electronics or IT hardware, paired with a strong willingness to learn new technical concepts quickly.
- Communication Skills: Explicit, professional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively manage both client expectations and internal team needs.
- Problem-Solving: An analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting portal issues and finding quick solutions to keep the sales process moving efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
