Full Job Description & Key Responsibilities

- Stock Management: Monitor daily incoming and outgoing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records across facilities.
- Auditing & Cycle Counts: Lead regular physical stock audits and cycle counts; reconcile physical counts with ERP/Inventory Management software records to eliminate discrepancies.
- Demand Forecasting: Partner with procurement, sales, and operations teams to forecast inventory demands and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Process Improvement: Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory receiving, storage, dispatch, and safety.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination:



Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to manage order fulfillment and supply schedules.
- Data & KPI Reporting: Track key inventory metrics such as inventory turn rate, stock shrinkage, order accuracy, and slow-moving items.
- Team Supervision: Guide and manage warehouse personnel to maintain productivity and strict safety compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: MBA (Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field required)
- Experience: 1 to 9 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills
