Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, lifestyle, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
- Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and initial design proposals to convert prospects into

clients.

- Prepare detailed design briefs, space plans, furniture layouts, and finish specifications.
- Present design concepts convincingly and address client objections to secure project approvals.
- Collaborate with the CAD/drafting team to convert concepts into working drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors, material suppliers, and contractors during execution.
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within budget and design intent.
- Upsell products, materials, and add-on services to maximise project value.




- Maintain follow-up with warm leads and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust design sensibility across contemporary, transitional, and classic interior styles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and at least one rendering tool (V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and site measurements.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for BOQ and budget tracking.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
