About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer with a strong background in Java and Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable microservices and integrating AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing and developing cloud-native applications that meet high standards of security, performance, and scalability.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and React-based applications.




- Build and integrate GenAI/AI solutions, including AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Integrate applications with Kafka, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, monitoring, and production-readiness standards.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to take solutions from POC to production.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot 2.
- Hands-on experience with Micro Services, REST, and Kafka Messaging Bus.
- Proficient in AWS services such as Amazon EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
- Experience with Docker Container, Kubernets, Jenkins OpenSource, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and Jfrog.
- Familiarity with Apache JMeter, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Elastic APM.
- Good experience with front-end technologies including React JS, Node, Jscript/TypeScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI.
- Understanding of Responsible Generative AI, guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience integrating LLMs with Java/Spring Boot applications and enterprise APIs/data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
