- Operate and monitor CNC turning machines and CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Set up tools, workpieces, and machine parameters as per engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Perform tool setting, workpiece loading/unloading, and basic machine adjustments.
- Check finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy, product quality, and production targets.
- Identify machining defects and report machine or tool-related issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness around the machine.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure smooth production operations.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
