Role Overview

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to handle premium leads and close high-ticket sales through

consultative selling. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working

in a high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.

- Pitch and close high-ticket programs and services.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly revenue targets.

- Update CRM, lead status, call records, and follow-up details accurately.

- Comfortable making 150–200 calls/dials through the CRM on a regular basis.

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.

Key Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.





- 3–4 years of strong sales experience.

- Mandatory experience in high-ticket sales / consultative sales.

- Excellent verbal communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

- Ability to handle premium leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple follow-ups.

- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed salary: Up to ■38,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

- Uncapped performance-based incentives.

Work Details

Location Janakpuri, New Delhi

Working Days 5.5 Days

Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Work Requirement Willingness to work overtime when required

Ideal Candidate: A confident and ambitious sales professional who has proven high-ticket sales experience, is comfortable with high-volume calling, and is motivated by targets and uncapped incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
