We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Advisor to guide prospective students and parents about our professional courses, including ACCA, CMA and CFA, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counselling or admissions preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
