We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our proprietorship recruitment firm. In this role, you will manage end-to-end permanent staffing solutions—sourcing top talent, managing client relationships, and driving revenue.

- Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in permanent staffing or agency settings).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with senior professionals and hiring managers.
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for permanent positions across client companies.
- Client & Account Management: Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and workplace cultures to deliver targeted shortlists.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
