HR Payroll & Compliance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll management, statutory filings, employee data management, and labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and full & final settlements.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.

2. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS requirements.
- Manage monthly and annual statutory filings and payments.
- Coordinate PF and ESI registrations, employee additions, exits, and related documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.

3. HR Operations

- Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
- Manage employee joining and exit formalities.
- Prepare salary structures, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.




- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes and labour laws.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
