We are hiring experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Associates (Sr. BDA) for our upcoming December 2026 batch.

Candidates must have robust sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of mandatory EdTech industry experience, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and revenue growth through sales.
- Generate and convert prospective leads into successful admissions/business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage the complete sales cycle.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:





- 3–6 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 2 years of mandatory EdTech experience.
- Previous sales experience is mandatory.

Age Criteria:

- Maximum age: 31 years.

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate (UG):

- Technical: B.Tech
- Non-Technical: B.Com / BBA

Postgraduate (PG):

- Technical: M.Tech
- Non-Technical: MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Industry Background:

- EdTech industry experience.
- Candidates with a combination of EdTech and Non-EdTech experience are also eligible.
