Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Cook to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The candidate will assist senior chefs in preparing quality dishes while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking.
- Prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, and other ingredients.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs.
- Assist in preparing Indian, Continental, and multi-cuisine dishes.
- Support buffet preparation and restaurant food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation practices.
- Assist with kitchen stock checking and inventory.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion control.
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.




- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers with a passion for cooking may also apply.
