- Coordinate work among general contractors, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, millworkers, and tradespeople.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control, job site safety, and local building code compliance.
4. Stakeholder & Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates, budget reports, and schedule revisions.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to resolve in office field conditions and technical constructability challenges quickly.
- Chair weekly owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings and record actionable meeting minutes.
5. Closeout & Handover
- Manage the final punch list process to ensure all defects are rectified promptly.
- Secure local authority approvals, certificates of occupancy (CO), and sign-offs.
- Prepare comprehensive turnover packages, including O&M; manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, and final financial accounting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in project management specifically focused on interior fit-outs, commercial office spaces, luxury residential, or hospitality projects.

- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve unexpected site conditions or supply chain delays without compromising design intent.
- Negotiation & Leadership: Strong negotiation skills for subcontractor management and assertive site leadership.
