E-Commerce Executive – Special You

About Us

Special You is a fast-growing brand with a strong presence across India’s leading online marketplaces. We’re looking for a sharp, organized E-Commerce Executive to keep our marketplace operations running smoothly and help us deliver a great customer experience.

Your Role

You will own the day-to-day operations of our online channels, from listings and orders to inventory and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Listings & Catalog: Create and update product listings, pricing, and content on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other platforms
- Order Management: Monitor orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Fulfillment: Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Inventory: Keep stock accurate and products available across all channels
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales trends, marketplace performance, and key KPIs
- Promotions: Support campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
- Customer Support: Resolve customer queries and marketplace issues with internal teams
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports
- Market Watch: Track competitor pricing and trends to find growth opportunities
- Compliance:



Follow marketplace policies and maintain strong seller ratings

Who You Are

Must have

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar
- Solid understanding of catalog management, order processing, and inventory control
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Analytical mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to have

- Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software
