Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Manager to lead and manage automation projects, electrical systems, process improvements, and industrial automation activities. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics, control panels, and industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Automation Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor automation projects from design to commissioning.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- PLC, SCADA & Control Systems
- Handle PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Manage SCADA, HMI, VFD, servo drives, and control systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of automated production equipment.
- Electrical & Instrumentation
- Oversee electrical panel design, wiring, installation, and commissioning.
- Handle electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and control systems.
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Monitor automation equipment performance.




- Identify and resolve technical issues and breakdowns.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation.
- Reduce downtime, operational costs, and production losses.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Management
- Lead and guide automation and electrical engineering teams.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Provide technical training and support to team members.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in industrial automation or electrical manufacturing.
- Experience in automation project management and team handling.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.
- Experience in industrial automation and electrical control panels.
- Knowledge of robotics, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and project management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
