Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Lead Generation Executive who can find potential clients on social media, identify businesses actively looking for digital marketing or web development services, and turn relevant conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

This role is suited to candidates who know how to find potential customers through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Groups, X, and online communities—not just grow followers or publish social media content. You will research prospects, identify genuine service requirements, initiate personalized conversations, and connect interested businesses with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Find potential clients, business owners, founders, and decision-makers across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct personalized direct-message outreach to relevant prospects and businesses
- Identify businesses actively seeking digital marketing, Google Ads, website development, social media marketing, or related services
- Search LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, X, Quora, and online communities for service requests and potential business opportunities
- Monitor posts, discussions, comments, and recommendations that indicate a genuine need for marketing or web development services
- Respond to relevant service requirement posts and initiate professional conversations with interested prospects
- Research businesses and decision-makers before outreach to make messages relevant and personalized
- Identify buying signals, business challenges, agency recommendations, and discussions from companies looking for service providers
- Engage with potential clients through relevant comments, replies, and direct messages without relying on spam or generic bulk messaging
- Qualify interested prospects based on their requirements and suitability,



then pass promising opportunities to the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of conversations, lead status, and next actions
- Track lead generation performance across platforms and communities to identify the most effective sources of qualified prospects

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media Lead Generation, LinkedIn Outreach, Social Selling, Online Community Lead Generation, or Digital Outreach is preferred.
