Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with an understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, analytics, and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of practical experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with international campaigns, particularly for US and UK markets, is preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Experience managing lead generation and conversion-focused advertising campaigns.
- Valuable understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
- Ability to analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.





Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform pixels.
- Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and development teams to improve overall marketing performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.
