Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate VMC machines and perform machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform component setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Maintain component quality and achieve production targets.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness.
- Report machining issues and tool wear to the supervisor.

Required Skills:

- Experience in operating VMC machines.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC controls and machining processes.
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi control is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain quality and production standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
