Job Summary

Savyasasy Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive IT & Network Support Engineer to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network connectivity and internet services.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and system performance problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.




- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty support.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Basic understanding of firewalls and network security.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable communication and user support skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
