Job Description – L1 Application Support Engineer (Healthcare Domain) Department: IT Support Role: L1 Application Support Engineer Domain: Hospital / Healthcare IT Experience: Relevant experience in L1 Application Support and PACS Location: As per business requirement Job Overview We are looking for an L1 Application Support Engineer with experience in the hospital healthcare domain, particularly in PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day application support, troubleshooting issues, assisting hospital users, and ensuring smooth functioning of critical healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 application support for hospital healthcare applications. Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions. Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests. Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and other end users. Manage application access, user accounts, and basic configurations. Perform basic database and system health checks. Monitor application performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for complex technical issues. Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities. Ensure minimal disruption to critical hospital operations.



Required Skills Hands-on experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). Knowledge of hospital healthcare applications and workflows. Experience in application troubleshooting and incident management. Basic understanding of databases and system checks. Valuable communication and user-handling skills. Ability to coordinate with technical teams and resolve issues within defined timelines. Preferred Skills Experience with HIS/HMS (Hospital Information System / Hospital Management System). Knowledge of RIS (Radiology Information System). Experience supporting healthcare or hospital IT applications. Understanding of clinical and radiology workflows. Candidate Profile Should have relevant experience in L1 Application Support. Must have healthcare domain experience, preferably with PACS. Should be comfortable supporting hospital users and working in a hospital environment. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
