Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales and achieve business targets.
- Manage revenue, profitability and collections.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Build solid customer relationships.
- Manage branch operations and business development.
Eligibility:
- Postgraduate qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail / SME Sales / NBFC / Banking / MFI / Mortgage / Insurance / Education Finance.
- Team handling and sales experience preferred.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
