We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and US staffing practices.
Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and technical sourcing
Solid skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals
Experience hiring for Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, and other IT roles
Knowledge of C2C, W2, contract, and contract-to-hire models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
