Role & Responsibilities:

- Honour clients and provide the best consultation experience.
- Take ownership of client treatments and their overall progress.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic ambience in the branch at all times.
- Ensure clients achieve proper and satisfactory results.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to track progress.
- Oversee therapists’ treatment execution in line with company SOPs.
- Handle client concerns and complaints in a skilled manner.
- Safeguard medical equipment, products, and company assets.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and address existing client degradation effectively.

Requirements:

- Passion for working in the Wellness Industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility towards client treatments and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- BNYS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS & Pharm-D graduates.
