Key Roles and Responsibilities

- New Policy Sales: Promote and sell motor insurance policies to current vehicle buyers before delivery to ensure smooth vehicle registration and dispatch.
- Policy Renewals: Call and follow up with existing Maruti car owners to renew expiring insurance policies.
- Endorsements & Documentation: Prepare and process insurance papers, policy endorsements, and cover notes.
- Claim Assistance: Help customers coordinate with insurance companies during accident claims, survey coordination, and settlement tracking.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for insurance attachment rates (percentage of new cars sold with dealership insurance) and renewal conversions.
- Partner Coordination: Maintain liaison with tie-up insurance companies and internal sales/service teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
