Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services to interested customers.
- Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert prospective leads into potential customers.
- Maintain daily calling records and update customer databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.
