Location: Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline
Experience: 1–2 Years in a Relevant Field
Salary Package: ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and result-oriented Creative Head to lead and manage the organisation's creative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, leadership abilities, and experience in developing engaging content and visual concepts that align with organisational goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Plan, develop, and oversee creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Supervise the creation of graphic designs, videos, social media content, and other creative materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content,



and management teams to develop innovative ideas.
- Monitor creative project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay updated with the latest creative trends, digital marketing practices, and design technologies.
- Review and approve creative outputs to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video production, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and social media platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Candidates with creativity, leadership qualities, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
