JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ENGINEER

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, Polymer, or a relevant engineering field

Location: Sultanpur, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing to manage engineering activities, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor medical device manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
- Improve productivity and reduce rejection and rework.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Support new product development and engineering trials.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and company quality procedures.
- Support process validation and equipment qualification activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



R&D;, and Maintenance teams.
- Train and guide technicians and junior engineers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and production targets.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Knowledge of process validation and root cause analysis.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in catheter manufacturing, tubing, assembly, extrusion, or related processes is preferred.

Reporting To

Engineering Manager / Department Head

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
