We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Manager (GRM) to manage guest interactions, ensure exceptional hospitality, and deliver a premium experience to visitors, clients, and business associates at Bhutani Infra. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities :-

Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors professionally.

Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt resolution.

Ensure a smooth and premium guest experience throughout their visit.

Coordinate with internal departments for guest requirements and assistance.

Maintain visitor records, appointments, and guest databases.

Handle VIP guests, corporate clients, and business associates.

Ensure professional hospitality standards and front-office operations.

Follow up with guests to collect feedback and improve satisfaction.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and guest visits.

Maintain a skilled and welcoming environment at the workplace.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
