Job Overview

We are hiring Property Field Executives to help us discover residential and commercial properties available for sale and rent across Bengaluru.

The candidate will be assigned different localities and will be responsible for visiting those areas, identifying available properties, interacting with owners, collecting property details and sharing photographs and location information with our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas in Bengaluru to find properties available for rent and sale.
- Identify residential and commercial properties, including houses, apartments, plots, shops and office spaces.
- Contact property owners and enquire about property availability.
- Collect basic details such as property type, size, rent or expected selling price.




- Take clear photographs of the entire building and the available property.
- Capture the property's exact location and share it with the office team.
- Send property photos, owner details and other information through WhatsApp.
- Regularly explore assigned locations and report newly available properties.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10th Pass qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Should be comfortable with outdoor work and travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic communication skills are required.
- Should have an interest in exploring different locations and meeting property owners.
- Two-wheeler preferred.

Salary & Advantages

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000.
- Petrol allowance will be provided by the company.
- Performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
