Hiring Customer Relationship Executive!!

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Banking / NBFC/ Co - operative Society in business development , sales, insurance, or marketing roles at the managerial level.

Qualification: Any degree

Job Description:

- Manage and build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to implement necessary improvements.
- Stay updated on company products, services,



and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and sales.
