- Assist in planning and executing commercial office interior projects.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site execution of office interiors.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work.
- Coordinate furniture installation, electrical work, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and interior fit-outs.
- Manage material requirements and site coordination.
- Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and interest in execution are welcome.
- Freelancers with experience in commercial office interiors may also apply.
- Practical understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites as required.
Preferred Additional Skill:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage but not mandatory.
