Job Summary

Zari Silk India is a growing women’s ethnic wear brand with 7 stores and online sales. We need a detail-oriented executive with good Excel skills to manage inventory audits, stock reconciliation, reporting and first-level IT support. The role needs a multitasker who can coordinate smoothly with store and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct periodic stock audits across departments and reconcile with ERP records
- Reconcile inventory transactions such as Stock registers, stock transfers, job work, pending approvals and other stock discrepancies.
- Reconcile online marketplace returns and dispatches, submit claims on time and update marketplace inventory.
- Coordinate with store and office teams to resolve discrepancies and keep records accurate
- Maintain inventory records and handle routine operations in the ERP/inventory software.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Provide first-level IT support for computers, laptops, printers, CCTV and basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues; handle software installations and updates; maintain IT asset records




- Coordinate with external IT vendors for issues beyond basic troubleshooting

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA / BCA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with robust practical Excel skills are welcome
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets: formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Basic computer, printer and IT troubleshooting knowledge
- ERP or inventory software experience is an advantage
- Strong multitasking, analytical and coordination skills
- Willing to travel for audits when required
