The Creative Director will oversee the creative vision of all learning and marketing content. They will lead the creative team in producing high-quality content and ensure that all materials align with the company’s goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team (designers, writers, video creators, etc.).

Develop and implement the creative strategy for the brand’s visual and messaging needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.

Provide direction on visual elements, from concept through execution, to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Maintain the overall creative vision and ensure high-quality outputs.

Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in a creative leadership role,



ideally in a learning/content creation environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing design and creative work.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

In-depth knowledge of design software and creative tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
