Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, business processes, implementation, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HRMS.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Work on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Prepare functional documents, including BRDs, functional specifications, and configuration documents.
- Support implementation, testing, UAT, and production issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and data migration.




- Provide user training and resolve functional issues.
- Support enhancements, system upgrades, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules and HR business processes.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, and production support.
- Understanding of HRMS integrations, reports, and interfaces.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle HRMS tables, workflows, and integration with other Oracle modules.
- Experience with Oracle Payroll, OTL, and SSHR.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
