Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Center Head – Lab Operations to oversee the overall functioning of a diagnostic laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily laboratory operations, ensuring quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and leading the laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic laboratory.
- Manage laboratory staff, including technicians, phlebotomists, and support teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and reports.
- Maintain quality control, quality assurance, and NABL standards.
- Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and ensure timely report delivery.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle customer and patient queries and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments.




- Drive business growth and improve overall center performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc/M.Sc MLT) or relevant qualification.
- MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Understanding of NABL and quality management systems.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Operational planning and performance monitoring.

Experience

- Min 1 year of experience in diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Candidates with experience managing diagnostic centers or laboratories will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
