Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Relationship Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to generate business. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and provide timely assistance.
- Customer Support: Address client queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure their timely resolution.
- Business Development: Identify current business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with onboarding, documentation, product demonstrations, and service-related information.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Coordination:



Promote company products and services, explain their benefits, and convert potential leads into customers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, follow-ups, and business progress.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
- Client Retention: Identify customer needs, build trust, and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Qualification:

- A graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field is mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
