We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our team in Trivandrum. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain network devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and access points.
- Handle network cabling and infrastructure setup.
- Perform basic firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues.
- Assist with CCTV and network infrastructure installations.
- Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in networking or IT support.
- Positive knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networking.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Knowledge of structured cabling is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
