This is a great start for someone who wants to learn how a real estate company actually works. As a Management Trainee, you will spend time with different teams and get hands-on exposure to presales, property onboarding, client follow-ups and coordination with property owners, buyers, sellers and brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

--------------------------------------------------

1. Speak to clients over call and understand what kind of property they need

2. Follow up with clients regularly and keep them informed

3. Stay in touch with buyers, sellers, property owners and brands

4.



Collect property details from owners to help onboard new listings

5. Assist the presales team in handling incoming client enquiries

6. Pass client and property details to the right team

7. Keep client records neat and updated in the CRM

8. Support the team in day-to-day work whenever needed

WHO CAN APPLY

> Any graduate, final-year students and freshers are welcome

> Clear communication and good coordination skills

> Kannada and English speaking preferred

> Basic computer knowledge

> Eager to learn current things and work with different teams
