▸ Monitoring & Inspection: Line clearance, IPQA of dispensing of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials, in-process quality checks during manufacturing & packaging, ensuring GMP/GDP adherence at all production stages.

▸ Sampling & Testing: Collecting and analysing samples for physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.

▸ Documentation & Compliance: Preparation & review of BMRs, BPRs, SOPs, protocols, analytical reports and logbooks; handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA.

▸ Batch Release: Review and verification of batch records, packaging and analysis reports prior to product dispatch; ensuring products meet quality standards.

▸ QMS Support: Implementing and maintaining the QMS; assisting vendor qualification; participating in internal and external audits; ensuring timely CAPA closure.

▸ Validation & APQRs: Preparing process validation protocols and reports and APQRs under supervision of the Authorised Person.

▸ Stability & Instruments: Supporting stability studies and sample management; maintaining calibration records for analytical instruments.

▸ Process Improvement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.

▸ Other Duties:

* M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Quality Assurance / Pharmacognosy) — Preferred

* B. Pharm with 1–2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC in an OSD pharmaceutical setting
