Position: VMC Operator

Job Description:

- Operate and handle Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines.
- Set up machines and perform machining operations as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform CNC milling, drilling, tapping and boring operations.
- Understand and work with CNC programs and offsets.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and set tool parameters.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain machining accuracy and component quality.
- Handle machining of SPM components, fixtures and jigs.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.





Experience Required: Experienced Candidates Only.

Industry: SPM / Manufacturing

Skills Required:

- VMC machine operating experience.
- Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc / Mitsubishi preferred).
- Knowledge of machining drawings and measuring instruments.
- Ability to handle production independently.
