Job Title: PG Manager / Co-Living Property Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized PG Manager to manage the daily operations of our co-living PG accommodation. The candidate should be able to communicate fluently in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PG accommodation.
- Maintain resident records, room occupancy details, rent collection records, and expense reports.
- Collect monthly rent and follow up on pending payments.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and timely serving of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Supervise kitchen staff and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in rooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and common areas.
- Handle residents’ complaints, queries, and maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of new admissions, check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
- Monitor daily expenses, groceries, electricity, and water usage.
- Ensure residents follow PG rules and maintain discipline.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance whenever required.




- Provide daily updates and monthly reports to the owner.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all residents.

Candidate Requirements

- Must be able to speak Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage rent collection and basic accounts.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-organized
