Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OFC Splicer to install, repair and maintain fibre optic systems used for high-speed communication. The candidate will be responsible for fibre splicing, troubleshooting fibre optic issues and supporting cabling and maintenance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, repair and maintain fibre optic systems.
- Resolve and troubleshoot fibre optic system issues.
- Examine and replace faulty or old fibre optic cables.
- Carry out scheduled fibre optic maintenance activities.
- Perform fibre splicing and rectify fibre optic problem areas.
- Conduct timely inspections to ensure proper system performance.
- Handle premises cabling requirements.
- Work with underground and underwater cabling requirements where applicable.
- Monitor signal strength of devices such as television and telephone systems.




- Maintain system records and system designs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in fibre optic splicing is required.
- Positive understanding of fibre optic cables and splicing.
- Experience in fibre optic installation, repair and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot fibre optic problems.
- Willingness to work at field locations.
- Ability to work for extended duty hours.

Salary Details

₹22,000–₹28,000 per month (In-hand)
PF facilities over and above the salary.

Working Hours

12-hour duty

- Day Shift: 9 AM
- Night Shift: 9 PM

Important: Candidates will report to the office first and then travel to the assigned location using the company vehicle. A personal two-wheeler is not required.
