Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer with strong backend development experience and practical knowledge of ERP-based applications, business management systems and API integrations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications, ERP modules, REST APIs and integrating third-party services. Experience with AI/LLM integration will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in ERP, CRM, HRMS, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, Construction, Project Management or Hospital Management applications will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop and integrate ERP modules such as HRMS, Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Finance and Project Management.
- Build backend business logic, database structures and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and AI/LLM services into existing applications.
- Work on business process automation, document processing and reporting features.
- Optimize MySQL databases, queries and application performance.
- Implement authentication, role-based access and data security.
- Debug, troubleshoot and maintain existing applications.
- Coordinate with the team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel.
- Good knowledge of MySQL and database design.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Understanding of Laravel MVC, Eloquent ORM, Middleware and Authentication.




- Practical experience in ERP/CRM or enterprise business application development.
- Knowledge of third-party API integration.
- Working knowledge of Git, Linux and application deployment.
- Basic understanding or practical experience with AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI will be preferred.

Relevant Project Experience (Preferred)

Candidates with experience in any of the following projects will be preferred:

- ERP Systems: Enterprise Resource Planning and business workflow management.
- HRMS & Payroll: Employee management, attendance, leave and salary processing.
- Inventory & Procurement: Stock management, purchase orders and vendor management.
- Finance & Billing: Invoicing, payments and financial management.
- Manufacturing ERP: Production planning and material management.
- Construction / EPC ERP: Project tracking, resource allocation, labour management and costing.
- Hospital Management (HIS): Patient registration, appointments, billing and pharmacy management.
- CRM: Customer management, lead tracking and sales automation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in developing ERP or enterprise-level business applications.
- Ability to explain individual contributions to previous projects.
- Strong backend development and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in AI integration and business process automation will be an added advantage.

Salary & Compensation

Final salary will depend on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience and performance during the interview.

The compensation will be decided based on the overall evaluation.

Significant: Candidates with only basic PHP, WordPress, static website development or frontend experience without strong Laravel backend development will not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
