Job Description – Pharmacy In-Charge

- Reports To: HR Manager/ Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing pharmacy operations, medicine inventory, dispensing procedures, staff supervision, and compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and pharmacy staff.
- Ensure proper dispensing of medicines as prescribed.
- Monitor medicine stock, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, stock, and dispensing records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and suppliers.
- Prevent stock shortages and minimize medicine wastage.
- Ensure compliance with applicable drug laws and pharmacy standards.
- Maintain proper billing, documentation, and inventory control.

Qualifications:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid registration as applicable.
- Experience: 2–3 years preferred.

Skills:

Inventory management, medicine knowledge, communication, and staff supervision.

Note: The designated registered pharmacist must meet applicable legal requirements for pharmacy operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
