*About Us:*

MMW Corps Pvt Ltd is a growing company in Dehradun. We are expanding our internal HR team and looking for a passionate HR Recruiter who can build our team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Customer Support / Telecalling / Internal roles

- Sourcing candidates via Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Referrals & Social Media

- Screening resumes, conducting initial HR rounds & scheduling F2F interviews (like our upcoming drive on 30th Oct)

- Maintaining recruitment database and daily hiring reports

- Coordinating with Hiring Managers for requirements & closures

- Achieving daily / weekly joining targets

*Requirements - Mandatory:*

- *Minimum 2 Years of Experience in RECRUITMENT Only.





- Must have experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring

- Should be based in Dehradun or willing to relocate to Dehradun

- Valuable knowledge of job portals - Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Must be able to join quickly
